CLOSED Thursdays, Saturdays, Sundays, and all federal American holidays. Special closures are posted on our home page.
Our Virginia offices are open strictly for pickups of our supplies, greenware, bisque, and for firing. Customers MUST make prior arrangements for pickups/ drop-offs. We no longer stock greenware/ bisque due to costs and space limitations, everything must be ordered in advance. Molds are available for pickup or shipping form our PA location.
We are open 24/7 for email and usually respond within 12-24 BUSINESS hours unless we are unable due to illness, travel, or technical difficulties.
